Het Oostenrijkse Jetalliance team behaalde op het Duitse Motorsport Arena Oschersleben een dubbelslag. Karl Wendlinger en Ryan Sharp wonnen vorig seizoen drie wedstrijden en wonnen dit jaar de Royal Automobile Club Tourist Trophy op Silverstone in Mei. Maar deze overwinning was heel special voor het team omdat het hun eerste één-twee uitslag was niet alleen in de race maar ook in de kwalificatie. De twee Aston Martin’s DBR9 passeerden de finish voor Deletraz en Fässler, in de Phoenix Racing Corvette.
